On October 21, Beijing Jiacheng Heating Co., LTD. Compared with the same period of previous years, the "three repairs" work in this summer has the characteristics of strong replacement, saturated maintenance and targeted maintenance. Jiacheng Thermal Power has overcome the construction difficulties and successfully completed 14 major repairs, 10 outsourced projects and 527 minor repairs. Among them, 154 items within the plan and 373 items outside the plan were completed, and technical transformation and maintenance of the smart heating system were completed.

At present, the five heat source plants of Jiacheng have fully put into intelligent heating system, which can realize the functions of source station monitoring, automatic balance adjustment of the whole network, operation diagnosis, energy consumption evaluation and room temperature evaluation. During this year's heating period, the intelligent heating system will automatically issue temperature instructions to realize intelligent temperature control.
