At  5:30 on August 16, Inner Mongolia Hanglong Biomass Thermal Power Co., Ltd.  boiler ignition started, 14:36 extension group parallel success, furnace  temperature reached the specified temperature, the parameters, indicators are  within the standard range of value, boiler, steam engine and other normal  operation, which marks the shutdown maintenance has achieved a complete  success. 

The unit of Hanglong Project Company has been shut down for  maintenance since 11:00 on August 1st, and the main task is to find hidden  dangers and eliminate shortages. The maintenance time was tight and the task  was heavy. Under the arrangement and deployment of the project company  leaders, all departments made meticulous preparations for safety, quality and  schedule. In the process of maintenance, hanglong staff are not afraid of  high temperature, not afraid of difficulties, fully carry forward the special  hard-working, special fighting style of work.  Through 15 days  of working day and night, the unit has been debugged to the best operation  state, which lays a solid foundation for the future long-term, safe, stable  and economic operation and also provides good testing conditions for the  project company to handle all kinds of procedures. At present, Inner Mongolia  Hanglong Biomass thermal power Co., Ltd. is rated by the National Development  and Reform Commission as one of the 100 biomass thermal power demonstration  projects, is listed as the National Energy Bureau "100 towns"  biomass cogeneration county clean heating demonstration project and Bayannur  City biomass energy comprehensive utilization industry leading demonstration  enterprises. Company successfully put into production, annual consumption of  all kinds of waste of about 250000 tons of agriculture and forestry,  increasing the local farmers' economic income, at the same time, also  effectively reduces pollution emissions, atmospheric pollution of the  surrounding areas, lakes and wetlands protection has played a positive role  in environmental protection, also can greatly alleviate the pressure of the  park and surrounding towns heating during the winter.
